Our after sales service is extremely important to us, we will do our utmost to ensure you are happy with your purchase all the way through. We provide a full servicing & maintenance schedule for all our bikes and send out reminders on when your bike is due its service. We do the first full service completely free of charge and make sure that wear & tear items are replaced if needed. All our bikes are covered by a full manufacturers warantee and our engineers are trained to repair or replace any such items.

Electric Bike Buying Guide

Electric Bikes are quite new to Ireland and the technology is changing quite rapidly so it is important to know where your money is going. We know how important it is to feel confident and happy with your purchase, so we have compiled a quick buying guide to make sure you can compare what's available.There are a few simple things you should look out for:

Battery Type:
Lithium battery technology - safe, reliable, lightweight, easy and safe to charge and use. It's a power source that will assist your cycling for 35-60 kms or more.Lithium battery packs offer twice the power/weight performance of the older Nickel-based types (NiMh), no memory effect, no refresh charge and greater safety than other types of Lithium based battery chemistries. Lead acid batteries are only used on older bikes these days they are very heavy in compassion for their performance ratio.

Battery Life:
Battery life spans are normally related to the number of full charge and discharge cycles a battery can do before it loses 30 to 40% of it's capacity. .

Weight:
The weight of an electric bike is essential to its performance, there are also legal limits for weight. The heaviest parts of an electric bike is the battery, the frame, and the motor.

DC brushless Motor:
Brushless instead of a brushed motor offers reduced maintenance and better speed control.

Warranty:
Make sure your bike has a decent manufacturer's warranty, especially important if you are buying over the Internet or from an unknown supplier.

Handlebar controls select motor power  and a bright display gives remaining battery level. The battery is discreet in the frame and offers a fantastic range and can be recharged in around four hours at a cost of about 10 cents.

All our bikes come with a 5 year warranty on the frame, 2 on the motor and 1 year on the battery.
